A Map of Here and There 600 x 480 mm, 20 squares of holographic film and sticky tape This map was created from video, photographs and drawings that together depict Martina’s travel to work in both New York and Köln. The whole image cannot be seen from a single view. To read the pieces and animation the viewer must move around, back and forth. This assemblage of image through movement is what the artist is exploring with her holographic artwork. A Map of Here & There was created for the iMotion seminar at the Kunsthochschule für Medien Köln (KHM) in collaboration with Paese Museo, Sansperate.
